Ingredients:
● 2 tbsp. cooking oil of choice
● 1 small chopped yellow onion
● 1 lb. ground beef
● ½ tbsp. minced garlic
● 2 cups beef broth
● ½ tbsp. worcestershire sauce
● ½ tbsp. hot sauce
● 2 tbsp. chili powder
● 1 tsp. black pepper
● 1 tsp. onion powder
● ½ tsp. garlic powder
● ½ tsp. salt
● ¼ tsp. cayenne
● 2 (10 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
● 1 (7 oz) can diced green chilies (undrained)
● 2 (15 oz) cans chili beans (undrained)
● 3 cups tomato juice
● 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Instructions:
1. Preheat your dutch oven over medium heat, then add the oil.
2. Add the onions, and cook until softened.
3. Add the ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain the beef if necessary.
4. Add the minced garlic, and cook until fragrant (about 1 min.).
5. Add beef broth, W sauce, hot sauce, and all spices. Mix well.
6. Add tomatoes, green chilies, chili beans, tomato juice, and macaroni. Mix well.
7. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium low.
8. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the elbow macaroni is cooked through. Be sure to stir every 5 minutes so that the macaroni does not stick.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
