Ingredients:

● 20-25 dill pickle chips

● 2 tsp garlic powder

● 1 tsp paprika

● ½ tsp cayenne

● 1 tsp salt

● 1 tsp black pepper

● 1 cup all-purpose flour

● 1 cup panko bread crumbs

● 2 eggs

● ⅔ cup of milk

● Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Pat dill pickle chips dry with a paper towel, then set aside.

2. Begin heating the oil of choice in a deep cast iron skillet or dutch oven.

3. In a bowl, whisk together all spices, flour, and panko.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

5. Coat the pickle chips in the dry ingredient mixture, then the wet ingredient mixture, then back in the dry ingredient mixture.

6. When all of the pickles are completely coated with the breading and the oil has reached 360 degrees, you can begin frying your pickles.

7. Slowly drop the pickles in the hot oil and cook 2-3 minutes

8. Remove pickles from the oil and place on a cooling rack or plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

9. Serve with some ranch dipping sauce and enjoy!
