Cast Iron Skillet Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

● 1 8-ounce block softened cream cheese

● 1 cup sour cream

● 1 teaspoon minced garlic

● 1 tablespoon fresh of dried parsley

● ½ teaspoon salt

● ½ teaspoon black pepper

● 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

● 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

● 1 bag steamed spinach(drained)

● ¾ cup chopped artichoke hearts


Instructions:

1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, half of your mozzarella cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, and drained spinach.

2. Add mixture to a 10 inch cast iron skillet.

3. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes

5. Optional: Broil 2-3 minutes for golden brown top.


***Tip: Squeeze steamed spinach when draining to ensure most of the water is removed.
