Ingredients:
● 2 12 ounce cans of cinnamon rolls
● 1 cup brown sugar
● ½ cup white sugar
● 2 tablespoons cinnamon
● 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter
● ¼ cup crush pecans
Instructions:
1. Cut cinnamon rolls into fourths.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. Over medium low heat, melt the butter in a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
4. When butter is completely melted, add brown sugar, and continuously stir until smooth.
5. Remove the skillet with the brown sugar butter mixture from the heat, and pour half of the mixture into a bowl. Set aside.
6. In a bowl or gallon size bag, mix together the white sugar and cinnamon.
7. Add the cut up cinnamon rolls to the white sugar cinnamon mixture and mix well ensuring all of the cinnamon roll pieces are covered.
8. Place coated cinnamon roll pieces on top of the half brown sugar butter mixture evenly in the pan.
9. Sprinkle remaining white sugar cinnamon mixture on top.
10. Pour the other half of the brown sugar butter mixture on top of the cinnamon roll pieces.
11. Crush pecans and sprinkle them on top of the cinnamon rolls as well.
12. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
13. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, then top with cinnamon roll icing if desired!
