Cast Iron Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

● 3 shredded chicken breast or 2 cans of chicken breast chunks shredded

● 1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

● 1 cup ranch

● 2 8 ounce blocks of softened cream cheese

● 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

● 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions:

1. Shred cooked chicken breast or canned chicken breast chunks.

2. Mix together Frank's red hot sauce, ranch, and shredded chicken.

3. Add cream cheese and mix well.

4. Add 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, then mix well.

5. Add mixture to a 12 inch cast iron skillet, spread evenly.

6. Sprinkle ½ cup sharp cheddar and ½ cup mozzarella evenly over the top.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

8. Broil for 3-5 minutes.

9. Remove from the oven and enjoy!


***Tip: Fresh chicken breast can be cooked in the crockpot before making the dip by covering chicken with chicken broth, then cooking on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.


***Tip: Rotisserie chicken also works well!
